1-1 Holistic Healing
Therapeutic discussion about your emotional needs, advice and recommendations on how to support your mental and emotional health including stress release techniques, meditation, mindset reframing and more plus 15 minutes of distant Reiki Healing. A personalised blend of flower essences will be selected and posted to help you navigate some of the more challenging emotions that may be arising within you.
The sessions will be delivered via Zoom which you will need to download to your phone/tablet/laptop and then enter the meeting id and password at the start time.
Sessions are 75 minutes long. Special price £45.00. Available on Mondays and Fridays by appointment.
